Advocating at the state level is a cornerstone of The Team Shawnie Advocacy Group’s mission. Because the Massachusetts legislature follows a two-year cycle, our team is continuously involved at every stage of the process. From helping shape the initial language of proposed bills to pushing for their passage into law, we work tirelessly to ensure that the voices and needs of individuals with disabilities and their families are represented. Our ongoing legislative efforts help drive meaningful policy changes that improve lives across the Commonwealth.
