Algunas de nuestras rutinas diarias est\u00e1n b\u00e1sicamente fuera de la ventana mientras luchamos por comprender los cambios repentinos que se nos han presentado durante una pandemia de enormes proporciones. Adaptarse a cualquier tipo de cambio es siempre una lucha terrible para un adulto. Adaptarse a un mundo que parece no encontrar la forma perfecta de adaptarse durante este dif\u00edcil momento puede ser extremadamente frustrante para un padre, pero puede ser especialmente perjudicial para un ni\u00f1o con autismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, hay maneras de ayudar a nuestros hijos a entender lo que est\u00e1 pasando y, lo m\u00e1s importante, qu\u00e9 esperar del d\u00eda a d\u00eda mientras nosotros mismos nos enfrentamos a los cambios desconocidos que se avecinan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Como Explicar A Su Hijo Que Es El Corona Virus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explicarle a su hijo lo que est\u00e1 pasando puede ser algo dif\u00edcil al principio, pero sin duda le ayudar\u00e1 a adaptarse al \"d\u00eda a d\u00eda\" y quiz\u00e1s incluso a prosperar durante este tiempo. Lo m\u00e1s importante que hay que tener en cuenta al explicarle lo que est\u00e1 pasando a su hijo es ser claro y honesto, pero tambi\u00e9n ser muy sencillo al presentar c\u00f3mo este virus est\u00e1 afectando a sus vidas. Podemos decir cosas como \"El Coronavirus es un germen que est\u00e1 haciendo que mucha gente se enferme, pero hay algunas cosas que podemos hacer para mantenernos sanos y no enfermarnos\". Tambi\u00e9n es muy importante explicar por qu\u00e9 algunas actividades diarias tienen que hacerse desde casa y tambi\u00e9n por qu\u00e9 otros ni\u00f1os asisten a la escuela desde casa. Ellos notar\u00e1n claramente estos cambios, as\u00ed que explicarlos ser\u00e1 \u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, hay nuevas e importantes reglas que deben ser seguidas por todos y tal vez tambi\u00e9n sean dif\u00edciles de aplicar al principio, pero como padres, todav\u00eda tenemos que aplicarlas y seguirlas en todo momento. Su seguridad depende de estas reglas. Podemos empezar con algunas de las reglas m\u00e1s esenciales; lavarse las manos, tratando de no tocarse la nariz, la boca o los ojos hasta que nos hayamos lavado bien las manos durante al menos 15-20 segundos. Tambi\u00e9n podemos decirles que tenemos que mantenernos por lo menos a 6 pies de distancia de las personas que no viven en nuestra casa con nosotros, incluso si son nuestros amigos o nuestros vecinos favoritos. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una \u00e9poca en la que la confusi\u00f3n parece dominar las ondas, es muy importante ser directo y claro con nuestro hijo pero tambi\u00e9n tener cuidado de no ofrecer m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n de la que pide. Tenemos que darles espacio y tiempo para las preguntas. Si su hijo est\u00e1 pasando el d\u00eda sin mencionar el Coronavirus, entonces quiz\u00e1s sea mejor para nosotros no sacar el tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ayudar a mi hijo a adaptarse durante la pandemia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ni\u00f1os con autismo se sienten muy atra\u00eddos por las rutinas, por lo que es muy importante que mantengamos las rutinas que no interfieran directamente con las reglas del Coronavirus si es posible. Las actividades rutinarias como la hora de la televisi\u00f3n, la hora de acostarse, la hora de comer y la hora de la cena deben continuar, ya que no son actividades que expongan a su hijo al virus. Adem\u00e1s, podemos crear lentamente nuevas rutinas para ajustarnos a algunos de los nuevos cambios a los que nos enfrentamos, como la educaci\u00f3n en el hogar. Algunos padres trabajan actualmente en casa, en algunos casos, por primera vez en la vida de su hijo, por lo tanto, explicar por qu\u00e9 est\u00e1n en casa les ayudar\u00e1 a adaptarse a esta nueva rutina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La creaci\u00f3n de listas de tareas y otros horarios visuales es otra forma de ayudar a su hijo a saber qu\u00e9 esperar del d\u00eda y tambi\u00e9n le ayudar\u00e1 a tomar el control una vez que se le den un par de opciones. Como padres y adultos, la mayor\u00eda de nosotros tomamos con un grano de sal las profec\u00edas del d\u00eda del juicio final de algunas personalidades de la televisi\u00f3n, pero no se puede decir lo mismo de nuestros hijos. Se preocupan y se ponen muy ansiosos y cuando los ni\u00f1os con autismo se sienten preocupados y asustados a veces terminan teniendo m\u00e1s berrinches y otros comportamientos repetitivos y desafiantes. Si parecen m\u00e1s molestos y preocupados de lo normal, se recomienda que se ponga en contacto con el m\u00e9dico de su hijo, ya que pueden ser signos de ansiedad y\/o depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ha notado que su miedo proviene de algo que presenciaron, ya sea en la televisi\u00f3n, en l\u00ednea o en otro lugar, hable con ellos para ayudarles a aliviar sus miedos. Las actividades tranquilizantes como escuchar m\u00fasica o ver su pel\u00edcula favorita pueden ayudarles mucho. Tambi\u00e9n se recomiendan ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n profunda, as\u00ed como hacer manualidades, escribir y, a veces, simplemente hablar sobre su tema favorito para ayudarles a mantener la calma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre se recomienda encarecidamente mantenerse en contacto con el especialista en aprendizaje, el maestro y\/o el proveedor de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de su hijo, ya que pueden ofrecer muchas m\u00e1s ideas sobre c\u00f3mo manejar la vida de su hijo durante este momento extremadamente dif\u00edcil. Y como siempre, no dude en ponerse en contacto con ellos si observa un cambio moderado en los h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n o de sue\u00f1o de su hijo.
